A: Organic cotton is raw cotton that is produced by farms where no synthetic chemical pesticides, herbicides and fertilizers have been used for at least three years. Instead of using agricultural pesticides, beneficial organisms such as parasites and natural enemies (such as ladybirds against aphids) are used for insect management. No toxic chemicals are used in processing and manufacturing of our organic cotton products. In summary, organic cotton is a clean, sustainable alternative to conventional cotton. By using organic cotton, you are not exposed to toxic chemicals residues that may appear in conventional cotton products. At the same time we are making small contribution to the protection of the environment that we all live in. As the organic cotton yarns are less processed, they keep the highest level of durability and natural softness that give you great comfort.

A: Our organic cotton clothes are not treated with any chemical. So you can expect a shrinkage of upto 5% over repeated washes, if they are tumble dried at high temperature. If you tumble dry them at lower temperature the shrinkage will be lesser.

A: Organic cotton clothes are not treated with harsh chemicals unlike conventionally grown cotton. Harsh chemicals weaken the cotton fiber. Organic cloth will last longer, if taken care.

A: All dyes used on Nature Spot organic cotton clothes are environmentally responsible ‘low impact’ dyes, which are selected for the lowest environmental impact and do not contain any heavy metal or harmful chemical substances

A: Nature Spot clothes are designed for comfortable fitting. It is not required to buy oversize clothes. Our designers are committed to give plenty of room to wriggle to the little-ones.
